Chronology:  Highlights of 2011-2012

 

January 9, 2011:  Production of seven more episodes of "Sister Who Presents" is successful.

 

January 22, 2011:  Attendance of a movie screening about possibilities of a resource-based economy, at the Auraria college campus, facilitated by the Zeitgeist Movement, in Denver, Colorado.

 

February 20, 2011:  Production of six more episodes of "Sister Who Presents" is successful. 

 

March 11-13, 2011:  Ministered to attendees within a portable chapel at the Saint Patrick's Day Metaphysical Fair at the Denver Merchandise Mart in Denver, Colorado.

 

March 16, 2011:  Production of seven more episodes of "Sister Who Presents" (including episode #200) is successf

 

May 12, 2011:  As part of the preparations for a live hour-long call-in television special to celebrate twenty years of unconventional ministry, scheduled to be recorded on Tuesday, June 7, from 7-8 p.m. (MST), a set and lighting rehearsal within the primary studio at Denver Open Media is (with a bit of perseverance) ultimately successful.

 

June 4-5, 2011:  Participated in numerous substantive conversations within a portable chapel (adapted for outdoor use), as part of the annual People's Fair event in Denver, Colorado.

 

June 7, 2011:  To celebrate the anniversary of twenty years of unconventional ministry, a live hour-long call-in television special is produced at Denver Community Television.  From a personal perspective, the production is generally a disastrous experience due to numerous production-crew-related failures.  From a viewer's perspective, however, the show succeeds in being insightful and inspirational. 

 

July 13, 2011:  Production of six more episodes of "Sister Who Presents" is successful.

 

July 17, 2011:  Attended the annual Pridefest Celebration in Colorado Springs, Colorado, also participating in the corresponding annual Pridefest Parade.

 

August 9, 2011:  A third attempt to climb in full ritual garb and makeup to the summit of Mount Antero in Colorado (elevation 14,269 feet), is successful, although the summit photo includes an inadequately updated sign, erroneously suggesting that the hike was accomplished in 2010.

 

August 30, 2011:  Attempts to create eight new photos for use within the 2012 Calendar (and other uses also) are only partially successful (three of eight).

 

September 2, 2011:  Attempts to create five new photos for use within the 2012 Calendar (and other uses also) are successful.

 

September 2-4, 2011:  Ministered to attendees within a portable chapel at the Labor Day Metaphysical Fair at the Denver Merchandise Mart in Denver, Colorado.

 

September 18, 2011:  Volunteer staff at the annual walk/run fundraiser at the Jefferson County Fairgrounds in Golden, Colorado, for the Second Wind Fund of Metro-Denver, which facilitates effective and affordable teen suicide prevention.

 

September 20, 2011:  Production of six more episodes of "Sister Who Presents" is successful.

 

September 27, 2011:  Production of six more episodes of "Sister Who Presents" is successful.

 

October 1, 2011:  Ministered to attendees within a portable chapel at the Pagan Pride celebration at Stapleton Central Park in Denver, Colorado.

 

October 4, 2011:  Production of six more episodes of "Sister Who Presents" is successful.

 

October 25, 2011:  Production of six more episodes of "Sister Who Presents" is successful.

 

November 8, 2011:  Production of six more episodes of "Sister Who Presents" is unsuccessful due to problems with lighting and set equipment. 

 

November 22, 2011:  Production of six more episodes of "Sister Who Presents" is successful.

 

November 29, 2011:  Production of six more episodes of "Sister Who Presents" is successful.

 

December 13, 2011:  Production of six more episodes of "Sister Who Presents" is successful.

 

January 10, 2012:  Production of six more episodes of "Sister Who Presents" is successful.

 

January 26, 2012:  Attended a "Meet and Greet" event of the Second Wind Fund (teen suicide prevention) to become better acquainted with new administrative personnel of that organization.

 

January 27, 2012:  After weeks of recording, editing, and creating DVDs, thirty-six new episodes are submitted to Denver Open Media (the most ever submitted at one time, which occurred mostly due to other competing demands upon time and energy and the need to integrate and group various episodes numerically).

 

February 24, 2012:  Appearance at a fundraiser presented by the Sisters of the Sacred Heartland at Phoenix Rising in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

 

March 16-18, 2012:  Ministered to attendees within a portable chapel at the Saint Patrick's Day Metaphysical Fair at the Denver Merchandise Mart in Denver, Colorado.

 

May 2, 2012:  A photo shoot at Arapahoe Basin Ski area creates one of the thirteen photos to be used within the inspirational Calendar, entitled "Journeying Through Life in 2013."

 

May 4, 2012:  A photo shoot at Arapahoe Basin Ski area creates two more of the thirteen photos to be used within the inspirational calendar, entitled "Journeying Through Life in 2013."

 

May 10, 2012:  Two photo shoots, first at Zuma Rescue Ranch (www.ZumaRescueRanch.com) and second at Guanella Pass, create two more of the thirteen photos to be used within the inspirational calendar, entitled "Journeying Through Life in 2013."

 

May 11, 2012:  Three photo shoots, first on the road up Saxon Mountain and then at two locations within the Goat Hill neighborhood of the Denver-metro area of Colorado, attempt three but succeed in creating only two more photos to be used within the inspirational calendar, entitled "Journeying Through Life in 2013."

 

May 18, 2012:  Three photo shoots, first at Barr Lake State Park, then at a nearby highway on-ramp, and finally at Commons Park in Denver, Colorado, succeed in creating three more photos to be used within the inspirational calendar, entitled, "Journeying Through Life in 2013."

 

May 22, 2012:  Three photo shoots in central, northwestern, and western parts of the Denver-metro area of Colorado, succeed in creating the final three photos needed for the 2013 calendar, entitled, "Journeying Through Life in 2013."

 

June 16-17, 2012:  An attempt to climb in full ritual garb and makeup to the summit of Mount Columbia in Colorado (elevation 14,073 feet), is unsuccessful due to adversarial weather and other complications.

 

August 5, 2012:  Engaged in mid-life transition rituals within an overall context of personal spiritual retreat and seclusion, at a location in western New Mexico.

 

August 11, 2012:  Participated in a fundraiser for the 2012 Pagan Pride celebration scheduled to occur on October 23, at SpiritWise in Littleton, Colorado. 

 

August 21, 2012:  Production of five more episodes of "Sister Who Presents" is successful.

 

August 23, 2012:  Production of six more episodes of "Sister Who Presents" is successful

 

August 28, 2012:  Production of six more episodes of "Sister Who Presents" is successful. 

 

August 31-September 2, 2012:  Ministered to attendees within a portable chapel at the Labor Day Metaphysical Fair at the Denver Merchandise Mart in Denver, Colorado.

 

September 4, 2012:  Production of six more episodes of "Sister Who Presents" is successful. 

 

September 16, 2012:  Volunteer staff at the annual walk/run fundraiser at the Jefferson County Fairgrounds in Golden, Colorado, for the Second Wind Fund of Metro-Denver, which facilitates remarkably effective and affordable teen suicide prevention.

 

September 29, 2012:  Interviewed at a restaurant in Southwest Denver, Colorado, by Veronica Lokitis, in relation to her masters degree in English Literature academic program.

 

October 3, 2012:  Seven and half hours of video production at the South Broadway Christian Church is unfortunately unsuccessful in

creating the material essential to creating a presentation of the award-winning modern morality play featuring Sister Who, entitled "A

Circuitous Journey." 

 

October 4, 2012:  Attended a social gathering of exhibitors, vendors, and staff associated with Celebration Productions' bi-annual

metaphysical fairs, at the Old Chicago restaurant in Colorado Springs.

 

October 8, 2012:  Attended the final day of the 100th metaphysical fair presented by Celebration Productions in Colorado Springs,

Colorado.

 

October 20, 2012:  Ministered to attendees within a portable chapel at the Denver Pagan Pride Day celebration in Civic Center Park

in Denver, Colorado.

 

December 21, 2012: Participated in the annual "Drumming up the Sun" event at Red Rocks Amphitheater near Denver, Colorado.
