His physical condition is not improving even with treatment... in a nursing facility until his waiver is approved. He has 2 separate counties in Colorado working on getting the waiver approved so hopefully one of them comes through soon. His mood is ok but is still very frustrated with all the bureaucracy and the time it takes."
